Joe

Joe is an experienced and fully qualified gas engineer, here to do what he can to help you. Joe's first goal is to fix your problems and with thousands of customers visited each year it is impossible to find anyone with anything bad to say about Joe. Joe is our Technical director and outside of work has a passion for the industry and keeping up to date with how technologies are evolving.

Jasper

Jasper is our experienced and very friendly service engineer. Customers may remember Jasper from his time in the band Then Jerico, however even during his music career Jasper couldn't keep away from the tools and continued to look after heating systems for his customers. A great character and a lovely guy, Jasper has decades of experience in the heating industry and will always go that extra mile to help you with your system.

Ben

Ben is a local lad with over 14 years experience with British Gas before joining the company in 2021. Ben specialises in boiler servicing, breakdowns and repairs and loves to help customers with all of their central heating needs. Outside of work Ben sometimes performs for the local Sheringham Shantymen and supports the community.

Sarah

Sarah is on hand to help customers day in day out. With a career in customer service Sarah is always on hand to help take away that stress that comes when your boiler decides to start playing up. As operations director, Sarah is involved in every job that runs through the business and will be able to assist you with any heating enquiry.

Stefan

Stefan works in the background of the business and oversees the business development of the company. With 6 businesses under his belt Stefan is passionate about working with companies and growing them in a sustainable way. Stefan's passion is the environment and as Coastal Heating grows and the technologies develop the company will be keen to installer greener energy to it's North Norfolk based customers.

Harry

Harry runs the finance department of the business and has 5 years experience working with companies just like ours. From bookkeeping and VAT returns to paying bills and chasing debts, Harry keeps a close eye on the figures to ensure that the business is a stable and reliable outfit to provide our customers with the service they need.
